- Move. TownPicked copies the customer's existing website onto its managed hosting. The site keeps the same design, content, and domain name. The owner approves the switch after comparing the copy side by side with the original.
- Build. TownPicked reviews the site and the local market, then builds improvements: clearer page titles, new service and city pages, better information for Google and AI, connected pages, and technical fixes.
- Approve. Each proposed change is sent to the owner as a plain-English card. Approved changes appear on a preview, then go live. Skipped changes are never published.
