How it works
- What is TownPicked?
- When people ask Google or the AI tools who to call, they name one or two businesses — and right now that's probably your competitor. TownPicked does the work to make it you: on your website and in the details Google and AI read about you. We do the work; you approve each change with one tap. It's $495 a month, flat — the same for every business, everything included. That's less than an agency bills for a single hour, and one new customer usually covers it many times over.
- What do you actually do?
- Real website work: rewrite the titles and blurbs Google and AI show for your pages, build pages for services and towns you serve, add the behind-the-scenes details they read, connect your pages together, and fix broken links and slow pages. Then we send you a short weekly note on what we did and what changed.
- What do I have to do each week?
- About 10 minutes. Changes arrive as plain-English cards on your phone. Tap Approve or Skip. That's the whole job. Miss a week? The cards wait.
- How is this different from the SEO tools or agencies I've tried?

- What if I don't like a proposed change?
- Tap Skip and it never goes live. You can also ask a question or request a different version right from the card.
- Can I undo a change after it's live?
- Yes. Every change is reversible. Tell us, or tap undo, and it's rolled back.
- What if you get something wrong?
- That's what the three nets are for: your approval before anything publishes, a preview so you see it exactly as customers would, and instant rollback if something slips through. We also watch every site we run and catch problems early.
Hosting and your site
- Why does TownPicked host my website?
- Because advice doesn't fix websites; work does. To build pages and fixes for you, we need a site we can work on safely, with previews and instant undo. That isn't possible across every website builder out there, so we move your site onto our system first. Same look, same domain, and usually faster.
- Will my site look different after the move?
- No. We copy it: same design, same words, same photos, same address. You compare the copy side by side with the original and approve the switch. Your old site stays untouched until you do.
- Do I keep my domain?
- Yes, always. Your domain stays registered to you. We never take ownership of it, and you can point it anywhere you want, anytime.
- Will my booking, ordering, and email tools still work?
- Yes. Your existing links, booking widgets, ordering systems, and email stay exactly as they are. We flag anything unusual before the switch, and nothing switches until you approve.
- What happens to my old hosting bill?
- Once you've approved the switch and you're comfortable, you can cancel your old hosting and keep the savings. We'll tell you when it's safe to do that. No rush; run both as long as you like.
Results and timeline
- How fast will I see results?
- Two speeds. You see the work in week one — your weekly note lists every change we made. - Can you guarantee me the top spot on Google?

- Do you guarantee anything?
- One thing, and it's bounded on purpose: if at least one major AI assistant isn't citing your business within 60 days of signup, we refund every dollar you've paid. One refund per customer, and we share the measurement with you either way. We won't promise rankings or that you'll be "the answer" — that takes longer and depends on things we don't control.
- How do the free two weeks work?
- We start work the day you sign up. Your first two weeks are free — $0 today. We put a card on file, and your first charge of $495 is on day 15. Three days before that, we email you a heads-up. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month, cancel from your account anytime. No setup fee.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your domain is yours, full stop. It's month to month — cancel anytime from your account, no phone calls, no hoops. (Or email us and we'll do it the same day.) No exit fees, no hostage-taking.
AI content and Google's rules
- Is AI-written content going to get me penalized?
- Google's published rules punish unhelpful content, not AI-written content. What gets sites in trouble is publishing hundreds of thin pages nobody reviewed. We do the opposite: a small number of well-made pages about services you actually offer, with real details, and a human (you) approving every word before it goes live. That's exactly the "people-first" standard Google says it rewards.
