Does Doheny guarantee anything?

Yes, one: in 60 days you'll be showing up in AI answers more than you are today. If no major AI assistant is citing you when you start, that means at least one is citing you by day 60. If one already is, it means your visibility score is higher than your first-day score. If Doheny misses, it refunds every dollar you've paid, and you do not have to ask for it. One refund per customer, and the measurement is shared with you either way. Doheny does not guarantee rankings or that you'll be the named answer. That takes longer and depends on factors outside its control.

Does Doheny manage Google Business Profiles?

Not yet. Managing the Google Business Profile (the map listing, hours, photos, and review responses) is the next feature on Doheny's roadmap. Today, Doheny works on the business's website and can draft review replies for the owner to post.

What happens if a customer cancels?

The customer's domain and website content remain their property. It's month to month. Cancel anytime from the account page (or by email), with no exit fees. The website stays where it already is, so nothing has to move. If Doheny built the site, the domain is still registered to the owner, who can point it anywhere, and we'll help however we reasonably can.
