If one already is, it means your visibility score is higher than your first-day score. If Doheny misses, it refunds every dollar you've paid, and you do not have to ask for it. One refund per customer, and the measurement is shared with you either way. Doheny does not guarantee rankings or that you'll be the named answer. That takes longer and depends on factors outside its control.

Does Doheny manage Google Business Profiles?
