Terms of Service

These terms are the deal between you and Doheny when you use thedohenyco.com or subscribe to the service. Requesting a free check or subscribing means you accept them. We've written them the way we write everything: to be understood.

Doheny copies your existing website onto our managed hosting, then does the work to improve how your business shows up on Google and with AI assistants: page titles, new service and location pages, business information, technical fixes. Every proposed change is sent to you for approval before it is published.

Nothing publishes to your website without your approval. Approved changes appear on a preview first, then go live, and any published change can be undone on request. If you skip a change, it is never published.

The service is billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page and disclosed at signup: $495 per month, flat, the same for every customer, everything included, with no tiers, no setup fee, and no long-term contract. Your first charge of $495 is taken when you sign up, and monthly on that date thereafter. There is no trial period. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by email; cancelling stops all future charges, and the month you have already paid for runs to the end of its billing period.

We measure where you stand the day you sign up, and again 60 days later. If no major AI assistant (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI, Gemini, Copilot, or Grok) is citing you when you start, the promise is that at least one is citing you by day 60. If one already is, the promise is that your visibility score is higher than your first-day score. Either way, if we miss it, we refund every dollar you've paid. You don't have to ask us: we check on day 60. One refund per customer, and we show you the measurement either way.

Your domain name stays registered to you at all times; we never take ownership of it. Your website content remains your property, including improvements built during your subscription.

Cancel anytime from your account page, or by email; we'll confirm and stop billing, with no exit fees. Your domain stays registered to you, so you can point it to another host whenever you like, and your content remains yours. Contact us about moving your site and we'll help however we reasonably can.

Give us accurate information about your business, only ask us to publish content you have the rights to, and don't use the service for anything unlawful or deceptive. We can decline to build or publish content that we believe is misleading, unlawful, or harmful.

We don't control Google or the AI tools, so we don't promise rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue; anyone who does is guessing. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the three months before a claim. We'll always tell you the truth about what we did and what moved.
